We utilize a web based phone system and VoIP technology to provide all of the newest advances in call center capabilities allowing us to access our calls 24/7 anywhere and anytime.
Flexible and Scalable
Our ability to expand our call center to include home based benefits counselors allows us to accommodate even the largest of clients. There is no limit to the number of employees we can assist.
Call Recording
All employee messages are saved in a recorded audio file (.wav) and are instantly routed to the next available benefits counselor. This allows us to manage, track, and quickly return all messages.
Made In America
All calls are handled in the United States. We will never outsource any part of our Benefits Enrollment Center to another country – EVER.
